The most poisonous part about bad leadership is that the people most affected have the least leverage (from school children to individual contributors).

This is where in an ideal situation people vote with their feet, but in the modern american economy, for healthcare or housing or whatever other form of inertia, people are stuck.

Thanks for this Matt. Sometimes I write newsletters that have parallel meanings on purpose, but this time I guess I wrote from my subconscious.

We need better leaders everywhere.
